Q: Can I also use computer to program it ?
A: Yes, also can program it by computer software. You can install the software by CD, or download in our webiste.
Q: If my mobile phone can not pair the bluetooth, how to fix ?
A: All IOS system can pair its bluetooth. But not all Andirod mobile phone can pair, but 95 percent Android mobile phone can pair. If yours can not, please change a mobile phone to try, or use computer software to program it.
